What to Include
To help us respond quickly, here are some tips depending on what you're writing about:
Reporting a data error: Include the vehicle year, make, model, and engine. Tell us what our site shows vs. what you believe is correct, and ideally where you found the correct information (owner's manual page, dealership confirmation, etc.). We take accuracy seriously and will investigate every report.
Requesting a vehicle: Just tell us the year, make, model, and engine (if you know it). We prioritize requests based on search volume and demand, but every request is logged.
General questions: Ask away. We're happy to help with anything related to vehicle sizes, part numbers and fit.
Before You Write
A few of the questions we get most often have quick answers right here on the site, so you might not need to wait on a reply:
"My vehicle isn't listed — when will you add it?" We're expanding the database continuously, prioritized by how many people are searching for each vehicle. Sending a request genuinely moves it up the queue, so it's worth the thirty seconds. In the meantime, your owner's manual or the placard in the driver's door jamb will have the answer.
"Can I trust the specs here?" Every specification is compiled and cross-checked from multiple trusted automotive data sources and industry standards. We're an independent reference, not a manufacturer — so before you buy a part, we always recommend confirming against your own owner's manual, which is specific to your exact vehicle. "Do you give maintenance advice?" We provide reference information — what sizes and part numbers your vehicle takes. We're not mechanics, and nothing here is a substitute for professional diagnosis. For anything beyond "what fits it," a qualified mechanic is your best call.
