Worth knowing about the 2017 Sierra 2500HD

  • Wipers. The owner's manual lists 55 cm (21.7 in) blades for both sides, and the connector is not yet confirmed.
  • Torque. Tighten lug nuts to 140 ft-lbs in a star pattern with a torque wrench, and re-check after the first 50 miles. This figure is from the owner's manual; an impact gun will overshoot it.
  • Fuel. The 36-gallon figure is the manual's capacity for gas trucks with either box length.
