Worth knowing about the 2018 Santa Fe
- Connector. Both front blades use a j-hook connector. A blade of the right length with the wrong connector will not clip on, so check the connector before you buy.
- LED lighting. The fog light, daytime running are sealed LED units with no user-replaceable bulb. A failure means replacing the assembly.
- Bulbs. Codes are for halogen headlamps; HID trims use a D1S low-beam bulb.
- Spare. This vehicle carries a compact (temporary) spare, size T165/90R17. Search Amazon for spare tires →
- Tires. The manual lists the compact spare as 'if equipped', and says to use wire-type chains under 0.59 in. thick on the front wheels only and not to fit chains to aluminum wheels.
- Wheels. The manual gives a lug nut torque range of 79 to 94 lb-ft.
- Key fob. Both the folding remote key and the smart key take one CR2032.
