Worth knowing about the 2025 Venue

  • Connector. Both front blades use a j-hook connector. A blade of the right length with the wrong connector will not clip on, so check the connector before you buy.
  • Bulbs. Trims with LED headlights or LED rear combination lamps have sealed units.
  • Spare. This vehicle carries a compact (temporary) spare.
  • Tire chains. The manual permits tire chains or cables of SAE Class S (low clearance), within limits on which tires and which wheels. Those limits are in the next note; read them before you fit anything. Search Amazon for tire chains →
  • Tires. The compact spare is T125/80D15 or T125/80D16 by wheel size, and wire chains only on aluminum wheels.
  • Wheels. The manual gives lug nut torque as a range, 79 to 94 lb-ft (11 to 13 kgf-m), rather than a single figure.
  • Roof load. The 220 lb roof limit is the dynamic figure for driving and includes the rack itself. It is not a limit for a rooftop tent when parked; the manual gives no static figure.
  • Dimensions. The figures above are for the IVT; other body configurations differ in length, wheelbase and weight.
