Worth knowing about the 2019 MX-5 Miata
- LED lighting. The low beam, high beam, brake light, tail light are sealed LED units with no user-replaceable bulb. A failure means replacing the assembly.
- Bulbs. The 7440 daytime running light bulb is for cars with bulb-type daytime running lights; LED daytime running lights are sealed units.

- Tires. The manual allows chains on the rear tires only.
- Wheels. The manual gives a lug nut torque range of 80 to 108 lb-ft.

- Octane. The manual recommends 91 octane for full performance and allows 87. 87 will not harm the engine; the higher grade is a choice, not a requirement.
