The 2026 Nissan Frontier takes 24" driver and 18" passenger wiper blades, has sealed LED headlights with no replaceable low-beam bulb, and rides on P265/70R16 tires as standard (S); SV uses 265/65R17, PRO-X and PRO-4X use 265/70R17.

Worth knowing about the 2026 Frontier

  • Connector. Both front blades use a j-hook connector. A blade of the right length with the wrong connector will not clip on, so check the connector before you buy.
  • LED lighting. The low beam, high beam, fog light, daytime running, rear turn signal, brake light, tail light, reverse light, license plate are sealed LED units with no user-replaceable bulb. A failure means replacing the assembly.
  • Bulbs. The manual still lists a 7444NA turn bulb for a halogen Type A headlight, but the 2026 spec sheet shows LED headlights on every US grade.
  • Spare. This vehicle carries a full-size spare.
  • Tire chains. The manual permits chains or cables of SAE Class S (low clearance), on the drive wheels only, fitted to the standard tire size. Chains for this size on Amazon →
  • Tires. The manual allows SAE Class S chains on the rear wheels only, on any of the factory tire sizes.
  • Torque. Tighten lug nuts to 98 ft-lbs in a star pattern with a torque wrench, and re-check after the first 50 miles. This figure is from the owner's manual; an impact gun will overshoot it.
  • TPMS. New sensors on this car need a relearn (tool); they will not pair on their own by driving.
  • Dimensions. The figures above are for the Crew Cab short bed, SV 4x4; other body configurations differ in length, wheelbase and weight.
  • Garage fit. Allow 17.6 ft of length and 7.1 ft of width with the mirrors out.
  • Dimensions. PRO-4X models stand 72.9 inches tall and 74.7 inches wide over their fender flares.
  • Bed. The short-bed length drops to 58.9 inches with the spray-in bedliner.
