Worth knowing about the 2025 Pathfinder
- Wipers. Both front arms use a push-button mount and the rear blade length is not yet confirmed, so choose blades listed for this model.
- LED lighting. The low beam, high beam, fog light, daytime running, brake light, tail light, license plate are sealed LED units with no user-replaceable bulb. A failure means replacing the assembly.
- Spare. This vehicle carries a compact (temporary) spare.
- Tire chains. The manual permits chains or cables of SAE Class S (low clearance), on the drive wheels only, fitted to the standard tire size. Chains for this size on Amazon →
- Tires. The manual allows SAE Class S chains on the 255/60R18 and 255/50R20 tires and forbids them on the Rock Creek's 265/60R18 tires.
- Torque. Tighten lug nuts to 83 ft-lbs in a star pattern with a torque wrench, and re-check after the first 50 miles. This figure is from the owner's manual; an impact gun will overshoot it.
- TPMS. New sensors on this car need a relearn (tool); they will not pair on their own by driving.
- Roof load. The 220 lb roof limit is the dynamic figure for driving and includes the rack itself. It is not a limit for a rooftop tent when parked; the manual gives no static figure.
- Roof. The rating applies to the roof side rails, within the accessory crossbars' own limit.
- Dimensions. Height is to the top of the antenna, and the Rock Creek with its roof rack stands 73.7 inches.
- Fuel. The manual recommends 91 premium for the Rock Creek, while other grades use 87 regular.
