Worth knowing about the 2020 Sentra
- Connector. Both front blades use a j-hook connector. A blade of the right length with the wrong connector will not clip on, so check the connector before you buy.
- Bulbs. The H11 and H9 codes are for halogen headlights; LED headlights are sealed units.
- Spare. This vehicle carries a compact (temporary) spare.
- Tire chains. The manual permits chains or cables of SAE Class S (low clearance), on the drive wheels only, fitted to the standard tire size. Chains for this size on Amazon →
- Tires. SAE Class S chains may go only on 205/60R16 tires, never on 215/50R17 or 215/45R18.
- Torque. Tighten lug nuts to 83 ft-lbs in a star pattern with a torque wrench, and re-check after the first 50 miles. This figure is from the owner's manual; an impact gun will overshoot it.
- TPMS. New sensors on this car need a relearn (tool); they will not pair on their own by driving.
- Dimensions. The figures above are for the S and SV with 16-inch wheels; other body configurations differ in length, wheelbase and weight.
